It seems that Samir Nasri has made an excellent career move leaving man City to join Sevilla on loan for the season.
Crucial to his move to Spain, Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola didn’t allow Nasri to train with the main squad after he reported back for pre-season overweight.
On Tueasday night in the Champoins League the midfielder had a excellent game. Sevilla won 1-0 at Dinamo Zagreb, and Nasri scored the winner.
The most impresive thing was Nasri attempted 158 passes in the match in Zagreb, only one player in the history of the Champions League has bettered those numbers: Barcelona legend Xavi. Xavi
It’s also worth noting that Sevilla attempted 851 passes againstthe Croatians too.
