WFAN Radio host Tells NFL team to Dump The Best Wide Receiver in NFL Latest Insane Tirade

After the New York Giants fell to a Philadelphia Eagles team that had a struggling secondary, wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. came out to the media to question the game plan.

Which, you know…he was right to do. Saquon Barkley touched the ball five times in the second half. They attacked the opposition approximately never. It might’ve been a master class in tanking.

That move did not sit well with WFAN Radio host Mike Francesa, however, who is known as a legend in the local sports talk world. In a rant to open his show on Tuesday, Francesa called for the Giants to get rid of Beckham because, according to him, he’s been a problem since he’s arrived in town.

You can listen to the full rant here.

“For once, can I come out of one game one time and not have there be a Beckham story of some type? …Everybody in this town worrying about whether he’s happy, whether he is being utilized right, whether he is content with the game plan, whether he is on board, whether the coaches are connecting with him?” Francesa said. “The best thing that could happen is they kick his rear end out of town and start over.”

This is vintage ?Francesa right here. He did the same thing almost exactly one year ago when former head coach Ben McAdoo benched Eli Manning in favor of Geno Smith. When you get on his bad side, he’s going to let you hear about it.

Clearly, not everyone was amused with Francesa’s antics.

Beckham really is the least of the Giants problems, but with ?Francesa looking for anyone and anything to blame, he became the latest victim. Once again.
