Directors Marco Fassone and Massimiliano Mirabelli were reportedly at Chelsea to discuss Fabregas’ situation, with the club considering him a potential replacement for the injured Riccardo Montolivo and a leader in the AC Milan midfield.
Rumors are Rossoneri want to loan Fabregas in january with a buyout clause for the summer transfer period.
